In other words – be on the phone or on Skype on time, dress accordingly if it’s a video call, and don’t be surprised if the time table changes.

Next up is knowing the company and the job. Being acquainted with your potential employer and the job you’ve applied to will give you quite an edge not only during the interview, but also as soon as you start working.

Last, but not least, is being yourself. Job interview can really be heavy on the nerves, so make sure you’re relax, open-minded, and able to mention all the skills and experience your employer might find useful or impressive.
