5. Be a Blogger
Do you love art history and know all there is to know on the topic?
Perhaps you are an avid devotee of sustainability and know everything there is to know about eco-friendly living.
If you are passionate about something, why not start a blog. Many bloggers make a living by running their blog or several blogs from home.
Sure, it takes a very successful blog to make significant money, but if your blog generates traffic and attracts advertisers, you might have a gold mine on your hands!
To run a successful blog, you need to monetize it, build up its following, and maintain it with consistent content. Perhaps you are interested in a food blog or a cooking blog.
It helps to choose a niche and stick with it. If you like to write and share your thoughts, blogging might be just the right idea for you. Try to choose a topic you enjoy as you’ll be spending a lot of time thinking and blogging about it.
You might employ guest bloggers too, but the more devotion you can give your blog, the better chance you’ll be successful at it. Check out other successful blogs before launching yours. Do some research to see what these successful bloggers do that you may wish to emulate.
